Prior to joining M-Rad, Aaron worked with Prospect Hotel Management as an Urban Planner and was on the Founding Team for 'Getaway', which designs tiny houses outside the city, and rents them out by the night. Additionally, Aaron trained under Robert E. Millward, former Commissioner of Planning for the City of Toronto. Aaron has a deep understanding of zoning and entitlements for retail uses, RV, and Mobile Home parks across the United States and has appeared before planning boards and commissions in New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia, Michigan, and California. During Hurricane Katrina, Aaron organized a volunteer effort that saw thousands of Canadians assist in rebuilding homes in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana in coordination with Habitat for Humanity. Aaron is a member of the American Planning Association and holds a professional degree in Urban Planning from Dalhousie University.
